A new update to the interaction reminder guidelines places new restrictions on factual advice, opinions and polls.

This should definitely be mentioned in the interaction reminder bubble. I'm not sure if there is enough room to fit it into the flowchart logic itself, but I think this is okay since it is fairly rare.

I'm going to wait for a few more changes to pile up before releasing a new flowchart version since updating all the sources where people can download the flowchart takes time and I don't want there to be lots of outdated versions of the flowchart out in the wild.
