While reviewing the output from yesterday's scheduled run, it showed ASN30870 to have an issue.

Run python ./tests/test_peering_relations.py
ERROR: AS30870 does not have a PeeringDB record

The error message, however, is misleading, since ASN30870 has a PeeringDB record, but it just doesn't have any IXP presence listed. This matches with our own peering overview.

Triggered by failing test.

Note that I created issue #319, because the error message is misleading.
