About the way ComfyUI scans the symlinks and junctions.

Hi!
I'd like to ask a question about how does ComfyUI scan such paths on Windows, which lead to the NAS over 1GBit/s network (I usually have just 33-40MB/s of transfer though)?
I'm curious about it, because the startup of freshly updated ComfyUI with such paths for LoRAs, checkpoints folder, VAE and ERSGAN models is ATROCIOUSLY slow - a couple of hours sometimes. Does the UI have any block-read optimizations or caching routine for such cases at startup?
