Feature Idea

A model browser for easy managing your AI models. 
Like deleted the one you don't want or favorite most used models also to see where the model was taken from and its page on Civitai, tensor.art.

Existing Solutions

There is an addon that does this, but it's slow and doesn't recognize all models.
