Support custom fields on export #3
Description
Custom fields should be accessible via
custom.fields.<field-name>
- localized fields should accept and additional language tag
- money fields should be formatted as
<centAmount> <currencyCode> - values of sets should be separated via
multiValueSeperator - enum/lenum values should export the key
Basic information for the type should also be made available
custom.type.keycustom.type.id
