There should be some sort of title/header that indicates it's the conviction voting page.

"Enable account" should be at the top of the page instead of the bottom.

Perhaps "key metrics" should be just underneath that so users can immediately see how many proposals there are (if it can take up less vertical space)?

Viewing from a desktop browser, I think there could be less vertical space taken up by each proposal, making it quicker to scroll through / easier to view at a glance.
