Multi-tenancy is making this a common use case.

Either lookup_by(*columns, ...) or lookup_by(column = [], ...).

Still working out what the association will look like:

  • Array of values defeats the purpose
  • Thread-local scope shared by lookup and association handles multi-tenant

Can all lookup models share a single scope? lookup_by :account, scoped: true
