When navigating from a filtered list view (e.g. program items with active dimension filters) to a detail view, and then pressing "Back" or "Back to program management", the filters are lost and the list resets.

The back navigation from a detail view should return to the list in its previous filtered state, either by using the browser's back button or by preserving filter state in the URL.
