Watchtower not running on my Portainer Images !!

HI Guys
I have added a docker compose to a stack on Portainer which deploys sucessfully no errors n logs.
But it has not run i have had it 3 days and it says in logs will run every 2 hours but nothing happens and no errors on portainer logs.

Where does it say "every 2 hours"? All I can see is

Note that the first check will be performed in 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds

It seems like something is restarting it before it has a chance to do the update though ("Waiting for running update to be finished..." is the last message it writes before exiting).

Hi typo I meant 24 hrs also the issue could be PBS. How do I set GB locale for 7am ?
