First time Replication dose not restart if Device is set off line and on line #24

When executing a first time replication, if the device goes offline, the replication is stopped. But, it should restart when on switched back on line. This is is not the case .
Steps to reproduce :

Exploring code shows that replication dose not restart because it set to status "finished" but it should not be the case.
