is it possible to add plugins through markdown?

I tried adding hooks to a <script> tag but it does nothing for me.
For docsify this you just upload md files.

I know you can also inject js with svg and we have vuejs support.

Is it possible to install plugins through <script> and if yes, could you make a detailed (minimal) example?
