Add fpv-inventory to app store

Summary

Add a Runtipi app store config for cori/fpv-inventory, a self-hosted FPV drone parts inventory tracker.

App Details

• Data: SQLite DB + photos directory mounted at /data

Status

Config files created in apps/fpv-inventory/ on branch claude/add-fpv-inventory-runtipi-aOLyq. Tests pass (48/48).

Blockers

• Publish Docker image to GHCR — the upstream repo has a Dockerfile but no CI workflow to push to ghcr.io/cori/fpv-inventory. A GitHub Actions workflow needs to be added to cori/fpv-inventory that builds and pushes on each commit to main. Image is currently pinned to sha-3157f25.
• Replace placeholder logo — metadata/logo.jpg is currently a copy of the fpv-tracker logo and should be replaced with a proper icon for fpv-inventory.
• Merge PR once Docker image is published and logo is updated.
