Linux Fedora 41 Wayland, Cortex Command crashes trying to load in mods

Describe the bug
The game crashes when trying to load in more than 3-4 mods, it says "Not Responding" and then just crashes after like 5 seconds

To Reproduce

1. Add any numbers of mods higher than 3
2. Run the game

Expected behavior
It's supposed to load in the mods

Additional context
Added the LogConsole.txt file

Can you list the mods that you're trying to load? Also, is there any AbortLog.txt or a message box with extra details upon crash?

I suspect in this case that the mods you're trying to use may add too many materials and could be blowing the material pool, or otherwise interfering with each other in a strange way.

The mod combo did not really matter as I tested it, I have never had this problem with any version except this one and the list is the usual one I tend to mess around with so this is like, a problem with this version I guess?

There was no AbortLog.txt sorry

What version are you using? (From source or flatpak, current dev or release?)

Are you using mods compatible with the current version? Using mods from before pre4 ish sometimes segfaults without errors

Could you please run the game from terminal to see assert and signal outputs, or otherwise check journalctl entries for the crash log (can walk you through if you're not comfortable in the terminal)

Ah yes sorry I forgot to mention which version I am using

I am using the version from Flatpak, 6.2.2 stable

As for the mods I checked the ones most recently updated (most of them at least), I did also try removing ones I knew would be kinda old but still the issue persisted (as stated in my previous post)

Ran it via terminal and yeah it gave a core dump
/app/bin/CortexCommand: line 44: 15 Aborted (core dumped) "/app/lib/CortexCommand/CortexCommand" $@

As for journalctl:
Jan 24 17:07:40 fedora systemd-coredump[4656]: [🡕] Process 4605 (CortexCommand) of user 1000 dumped core. (I tried running the game so I could get this instance)

That's a new one, should be reproducible. Could you send a list of mods that consistently cause it (unless it's really just any 3 mods)? Will check it out sunday(ish)

This is the list, as I said previously I tried a lot of combinations and the thing that crashes the game seems to be there being more than 3-4 mods as oppose to which mods are in use

What's that blackearth-6cli? Iirc we might not have patched malformed folder names causing crashes... (Always needs to be Something.rte)

It was a mod uploaded on the mod.io page, looked pretty neat, I did change its name and remove it, which I explained in the previous posts, again. When I said I was testing the mods causing crashes and everything. It wasn't the mod itself because I tried with or without it

Issue was due to an old mod with missing SupportedGameVersion.
Was already fixed in #164, now patched in the flatpak build as well.
