Concordance and BankAccount example working, based on wasmCloud [RFC] Define Interfaces Using WIT.

This is definitely the plan. We're just kind of in wait and see mode. Once the experience to build providers on wit stabilizes just a bit more then we'll be able to replace the underlying nuts and bolts with wit.
