Proposed changes to epi-update

• Line 228: The fall in Re is now two weeks ago (it was one week ago in last week's epi-update)
• Line 238: I think we should say right here that there is a delay of two or more weeks to full reporting of hospitalisations and not only in the next paragraph. Otherwise we should calculate the Re for hospitalisations on data even further back.
• Line 275: This should state test positivity is at X% and not just positivity.
• Line 294: Delta is no longer the dominant variant in Switzerland. This opening needs to be rephrased.
• Line 315: This needs to be updated. Not sure where the numbers are from. According to cov-spectrum there are now 779 sequences from Switzerland. Not sure how to interpret the positivity on cov-spectrum because I don't see absolute numbers.
• Line 335: The 2nd half of December has passed now, so we can't make predictions about it anymore. If we're not including a figure references to Abb 1 should also be removed.
