  • from SPM up
  • draw GLM mask on mean EPI
  • QC of the preprocessing
    • tSNR
    • carpet plot
  • QC of the FFX
    • compute frequency spectrum of the noise based on the residual

use pybids to inspect the raw data set:

  • generate report (methods description of the dataset)
  • plot events files
    • open issue on pybids repo
    • fork pybids on cpp-lln repo
