README badges #4
Description
- See boostorg/url README for an example of codecov badges
- The goal is to create similar gcovr badges
- Add javascript or html to the gcovr templates, generating such functionality, perhaps in new files
- Then, wherever gcovr templates are hosted, Github Pages, or any place with a known URL, the README file could point to that location and show those embedded badges.

Not sure exactly how this would be implemented.
If the existing templates don't support badges, could badges be created? That is the goal.
A secondary fallback option would be to have lcov-jenkins-gcc-13.sh run yet another script, after gcovr, that creates new badge files.
