Specific shipping rates per item rather than a single increase value

This may be considered a duplicate of 2413, but is a slightly different use case so I figured it was worth filing.

We have an e-commerce store where shipping rates are not increased on a consistent "per item" basis (i.e. 1-3 items are roughly the same price, then it jumps more for the 4th item and up, etc.

It would be helpful if rather than only being able to assign a singular Per Item Rate, we could have a table/repeater field where we could assign specific rates for specific amounts of items. Even better would be if we could import this data via CSV files we receive from carriers via Feed Me, but one step at a time 😄
