Refresh operation is not locked and allows to duplicate list

I use Microsoft Store version of the app, build 10.0.314.0. When I start an app, the list of vaults is empty and I always think I need to refresh the list of subs (I understand it is updating on start, but it is not clear at this moment). When I click on Refresh button, explorer tree view contains duplicated entries after refresh completed.

If I click Refresh button several times, I get several copies of the tree:

If I fast enough in clicking, I can have an error:

I really like how refresh animation looks within vault secrets list, but the button itself is not locked during operation and I can have duplicated list as well if click two times (here should be only one row):

This is fixed in the next version!
