The default behaviour is that all files will be produced (fitness, pvalues, etc.). If you specify a CMD argument -nfitness then the fitness file fill not be produced.

Consider using verbosity levels, ie. -minimal or -full as old eacirc did (but the selective approach has some benefits too).
