Add support for Solaris (Oracle)

As far as I'm aware the Solaris license doesn't allow for redistribution, which is not compatible with how Cross Platform Action works. There's support for OmniOS which is based on illumos, fork of OpenSolaris.

Yes, but the binaries I build with OmniOS (Illumos) don't work on a "true" Oracle's Solaris. I have actually tried that.

I think the systems have diverged since the fork.

Apparently https://github.com/vmactions/solaris-vm found a way to make it work...

It seems they use this image, though I'm not sure how "legal" that is:

(I'm migrating everything to cross-platform-actions, so it would be great if cross-platform-actions could support Solaris too)

Exactly, they download the image from Oracle and upload it there. I consider that redistributing, which is against the license as far as I understand. But I'm not a lawyer.
