Add support for AI Gateway provider methods

The Crowdin API has been extended with new methods in the AI Gateway section for managing provider gateway configuration, including retrieval, creation, update, partial update, and deletion operations.

The Crowdin API client libraries should be updated to support these methods so developers can fully manage AI Gateway provider configuration directly from SDKs.
