Validator implementation

can one of you guys implement the method:

public static String giveSuggestion(String input)

in the Evaluator class

for now implement for checking for JCAHO only

the Validator is completed by me. An extra stuff that might be needed to implement, is to look for a pattern that might potentially be JCAHO, in addition to the list of common JCAHO already implemented

So far the user guide document is almost complete, I think that we should
add some pics on the user guide for the student one
