For each model or data component, we'll need to update the pymt component (e.g., pymt_permamodel), then rebuild its conda-forge package.

We may have to go back and update some of the models, as well (and then rebuild their conda-forge package).

I haven't figured out yet how to get a Fortran model wrapped with Python to build with meson on Windows. This affects pymt_ecsimplesnow and pymt_gipl. See pymt-lab/pymt_ecsimplesnow#12.

I got this to work. See https://github.com/pymt-lab/pymt_heatf. However, pymt_ecsimplesnow and pymt_gipl use an older BMI, v1.2, which doesn't work, so they'll be unix-only.
