On OS X, the serialport 'manufacturer' field for the sensor is 'Adafruit'. However, on Windows 10, the same field is 'Microsoft'. The current method looks for the 'Adafruit' value; a new method is needed to identify the correct serial port for the sensor (on Windows).

We may need to revert to our previous idea of listing serial ports before & after the sensor is plugged in.
