You'll find the binary executable files for Windows 10 in the readme. One link holds the executable for the old (complete) version, the other link holds the executable snapshot (as of 1 March) of the current improved (but still incomplete) version.

I will try this software. It seems much completed than other pre-existing GUIs.
By the way, why don't you upload release to release section ? haha
