I also have questions about the dataset. If there are four types of nodes and three types of edges in my HIN, that are, Paper (P), Author (A), Venue (V) and Term (T), P-A ,P-V and P-T. Then the edge list file should be written as :

source_node sourcce_class dest_node dest_class edge_class

       1                    P                  20            A               P-A
       20                  A                   1             P               P-A

where 1 and 20 are the id of nodes, and since the edge is undirected, so there are two lines. I do not know if I understand that right? Looking forward to a reply. @csiesheep

Thank you so much for your reply! I understand what you mean. But I think we only need to prepare the edge list file that containing the directly connected edges, such as P-A, P-T ,P-V as I said. As for the meta-path APA, the HIN2Vec model will generate it with random walk when training. Am I right?
