The NBM v4.1 update changed the way PWPF (pSnow, pIce) is processed. Before, PWPF was uninformed by PQPF, which goes through a QMD (quantile mapping and dressing) process. So you could have things like a 90th percentile snow of 12" along with a 90th percentile PQPF of 0.05"....which is....not consistent to say the least. Now, PWPF is informed by PQPF, however, PWPF is not in the QMD files, it remains in the "core" file stream. This is a problem because QMD cycles are named by the cycles of (most of the) models that are used as inputs (i.e. 00Z QMD contains mostly 00Z models). However, this is not how the main ("core") NBM works, which cycles are named based on when the NBM is run (i.e. 00Z NBM is run at 00Z, therefore, doesn't actually have 00Z models as they are not available yet). I have accounted for this, and simply add 7 hours to the NBM cycle chosen if you are trying to plot pSnow or pIce.
