Domain has been placed on hold due to a phishing report from one of our subdomains. |

It has been almost 20 hours since we first contacted Radix, and the closest thing to a response we have gotten has been a "We'll get back to you shortly". We were not sent a single email about the domain being suspended from Namecheap nor Radix. We'll update you if anything changes. Here's a status page for frii.site: |

Hopefully this is the last comment I'll have to make about this situation. It has been over 24 hours, and users are (rightfully) angry that their domains do not work. Radix's support team has not responded to me at all in these past 24 hours to my form submitted on their website, nor my email to their abuse help desk. The way Radix is handling this situation shows how much they care about their customers. Hopefully we'll be able to solve this issue as soon as possible, but I doubt that Radix even has support teams active on the weekends. We were not sent any emails to any of our inboxes, we were not contacted by our registrar about this issue (Namecheap) who didn't even know the domain was suspended before I opened a chat request with them, and the only reason I knew this was happening was that one of our loyal users reported it to me directly. |

Investigation has been completed
Will my domains be affected
In the short-term yes. Your domains will be offline for as long as frii.site itself is offline. This does not mean that your domains are permanently gone.
I'll try to answer some more questions in this thread
