Avoid using Place specific types that are also Organizations

https://schema.org/StadiumOrArena is defined as both a Place and an Organization. We don't allow this in Artsdata, and it creates a mess if used. We will need to check for this using SHACL when we import data, and reject it.

We need a list of place sub-types (specific types) that are defined as both Place and Organization.
