Pensando aqui, acho que talvez não precise do aviso nos templates das issues, porque nas issues só tem as instruções do que fazer localmente. Todas as instruções para interagir com o git/github ficam dentro da descrição da tarefa. O quê achas, @laistdomiciano ?
