Add version info to the login banner

ISSUE
It would be great to have some quick way to have students verify they're running the correct version of the VM. Like having the login banner display a version number after they vagrant ssh

ACCEPTANCE

• Some easy way to test that students are running the correct version of the VM if they've attended multiple courses or downloaded tutorials from the internet.
