Document how to remove "suggest" from solrconfig

• We always want to remove it. It makes indexing slow, and powers an auto-suggest feature that isn't used in Hyrax
• How should we remove it consistently? Do we just want to maintain our own stripped down solrconfig.xml file that we distribute?
