docs: create contribution guidelines #8
Description
This repository currently lacks a clear README outlining the purpose, structure, and guidelines for contributing. We need to add a comprehensive README file to:
- Clearly describe the purpose of this BitDevs repository as a record of topics discussed in our Socratic Bitcoin seminars.
- Provide instructions and guidelines for community contributions, including:
- Commit message conventions
- Pull Request (PR) workflow and review process
- Policy regarding squashing commits
- Branch naming conventions
- General coding and documentation standards
This will facilitate better collaboration, maintain consistency, and improve clarity for new contributors.
