Correct progressbar when uploading via drag and drop

Right now then drag & dropping files show a wrong progress bar, we would like to have a progress bar that shows when the file has been uploaded to the database and not what is is showing now. 
When uploading to the database there several steps that need to be done, for example creating a thumbnail image/preview image.
