Homepage certificate is invalid thus downloading the tarball from there might be not advisable

Hi,
I intend to upgrade the Debian package. However, the automated Debian download method of upstream sources refuses downloads from web pages with invalid certificates. Please either refresh the certificate on your Homepage or alternatively set version tags here in your Github repository. Github creates tarballs when using release tags and the code can be downloaded from here easily.
