R objects in Google Drive vs described on GitHub

Hello,

I am interested in working with some of the data that you have generated here. It looks very well documented (thank you!). However, I think there may be a bit of disconnect between the R notebooks posted here on GitHub (and the description of them) and the files in the Google Drive link you have provides.

Specifically, the readme indicates that:
03.1_Subset_and_general_annotations.Rmd: Imports .RData object from script 03. In this script we subset samples to those with greater than 10 cells and perform clustering. The cells are annotated and subset to immune or non-immune cells datasets. Produced objects are "S03_Main_Seurat_object_filtered_and_subset.RData", "S03_Immune_Seurat_object_nodups.RData", and "S03_Nonimmune_Seurat_object.RData".

but the Google drive does not contain "S03_Main_Seurat_object_filtered_and_subset.RData". I checked the script itself and indeed it should write this file. The Google Drive contains two files that have similar names:

S03_Main_Seurat_object_filtered_and_subset-018-011.RData
S03_Main_Seurat_object_filtered_and_subset_annotated-017-012.RData

but no explanation of where they come from or the differences between them. Can you shed some light on this?
