IssabelPBX Support

Im trying to setup dsiprouter to act as a proxy between 3CX and Freeswitch, but currently testing with IssabelPBX to not mess up anything with our services. The goal is to be able to avoid assigning a public IP for every customer by using dsiprouter. Currently trying to establish a trunk between IssabelPBX and dsiprouter using voipms as a carrier. I cant seem to be able to setup the trunk (trunk unknown). the PBX and dsiprouter are able to communicate to each other. dsiprouter is on a public IP address without NAT, IssabelPBX is behind a private IP address. dsiprouter was installed properly with a resolving FQDN pointing to our servers for the certificates. No configuration files were touched besides using the GUI

This is a pretty big project for me as i do not have much experience with voip besides Asterisks. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. Your scenario is exactly where dSIPRouter shines.
Have you considered purchasing a support plan which will give you direct support to the core developers for scenarios like this?

In the mean time, can you share a sketch of your intended layout and screenshots of your current configuration to see if we can spot anything that may be causing this issue.
