autopprof fails to upload heap profile to slack due to deprecated API #19

Hi,

I’m working on integrating autopprof into our system but ran into an issue:

autopprof: failed to report the heap profile: autopprof: failed to upload a file to Slack channel: method_deprecated

According to Slack’s changelog, Slack has deprecated this method for apps created after May 16, 2024, preventing new apps from using it.
