grouping support?

Hi,

thanks for creating and maintaining alertmanager-signal-receiver!

After replacing our email receiver with your signal receiver we noticed that grouping does no longer work and
all alerts are send individually (with some firing/resolved messages missed if there are many at the same time).

we hope it is ok to ask these questions here since the repo has no discussion forum enabled:

• Do webhooks based receivers not support grouping or do they have to implement grouping themselves?
• Does alertmanager-signal-receiver support grouping?

alertmanager version: 0.24.0

Hi,
signal-receiver currently doesn't support grouping, but generally web hooks support grouping, so it could be implemented.
It would be great if you open a PR, otherwise I can look into it, but that will probably take some time.
