Remove AsciiMath-fi as an option from MathCAT production version - it is incomplete #498
Description
The AsciiMath-fi rules are not finished and it is just a copy of the AsciiMath rules.
Clean up is also not done to the rules, so whitespace characters appears as "W" in braille output.
