32 bit of NVDA will be needed in developing countries for a while

It was brought to my attention that NVDA 2026.1 is only a 64 bit application. People in developing countries are still using old computers that are 32 bit. There is a worry that new developments in NVDA will not be reaching that community.

This brings up the problem of maintaining MathCAT as a 32 bit add-in for NVDA.

I think this is fine. Especially because Pandoc does not support 32 bit systems.
