Three priorities

Write script auto delete download data in S3 over 5 days (Auto delete unused data in S3 after a period of time #145 )
Synchronize data between S3 and EFS (Synchronize EFS vs S3 to reduce costs #133 )
Check limit lambda with 10k photos or 100k photos
Second optional
Consider logging mechanism, abnormal output, ....
Versioning data, cache data
Save multiple versions of the image for different sizes of the image
