["BUG"] Fan speeds for L35 Hybrid #333
Description
Describe the bug
The fan speeds on my L35 Hybrid seems to be off by one.
If i select "Quiet" in the integration in HA, the fan turns off.
If I select "Standard" in HA, I get Quiet in the Eufy app and the robots' vacuum fan turns on.
If I select "Turbo" in HA, I get Standard fan mode in the Eufy App.
Etc for max.
So i think the fan modes need to be adjusted, and "Off" needs to be added as a fan mode, and/or max needs to be adjusted to the right value.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Update Fan speeds in HA, observe what happens in the Eufy Clean app.
Expected behavior
The fan speeds should match the Eufy Clean app
