comments in the file tab

In one of the screenshots, rejetto saw a “comments” button in the file tab.
Most likely there is something different in terms of functionality. but I think just like someone needed a general chat; someone might find the function of commenting on specific files useful. and the identifier could be the name-file=byte-file.
