arg-processor: Add support for hierarchical commands.

As it says. The idea is to support the patterns as exemplified by git and the AWS CLI (e.g. aws ec2 run-instances). bashy-lib supports this for commands that are fully defined by scripts; this item is for the ability of a single script to itself directly accept a hierarchical command in a reasonably easy way.
