Add distributed optimization architectures to OpenLEGO #7

Two main distributed architectures have to be included:

Collaborative Optimization
BLISS-2000

These architectures also still require adjustments in KADMOS/CMDOWS.

Collaborative optimization has been included since version 1.3.4. BLISS-2000 is still under development at the time of writing.
