Regex filter

I'd like to filter some posts based on the title, as they're activities or events with specific formats.
This will be easier to do with a way to configure multiple regex to filter the posts of a sub.

For now it's possible to filter urls with regex, check https://github.com/daniel-lxs/BotIt#readme, I will add regex to exclude titles in a bit
