Feature request - Higher upvotes required if post contains keyword(s)

My feed is dominated by Ukraine news, not against having some, it's important obviously, but I'd like a little less.

Is something like this possible;
If post contains terms: Russia, Ukraine, Putin, Zelenskyy require 1000 upvotes,
If post does not contain those terms require 500 upvotes

This could probably work, I don't know if it would complicate the yml config file, I was thinking a web UI could help a little organizing all the settings.
