Images by Collection/Tag

Hello,
I have a project with a lot of galleries, and I sort my assets by Collections and Tags.
If I add a gallery and choose a collection the tag section still shows all available tags, not just the one inside a collection.
Is this behaviour intentional?
It would be great if it would show only tags inside the chosen collection.
This would make things so much easier for the editors.
